Miriam arrived from Barcelona in 2005 with a scholarship to finish her degree in English Philology. Soon after, she attended Robert McKee's Story seminar and got involved in the production of Scene #9: "He Shoots...", assisting with the auditions and rehearsals.
Since then, she has studied Production Management at the London Academy of Media, Film and Television and Film Production at the Met Film School in Ealing Studios. She has also become increasingly involved in each of my projects as 1st AD, Production Manager and/or Producer.
Miriam has a natural talent for managing and co-ordinating. Maintaining a sunny disposition on set while being fully focussed on the tasks at hand has resulted in her, unfairly, being more generally adored than the director.
Miriam is currently working on the pre-production of my first feature film.
